Regeneration stations

The stationary regeneration station enables the fully automatic and, thus, safe, careful and efficient regeneration of ion exchanger mass of cation filters KA15/KA10 in a 3-phase procedure.

The fully automatic regeneration of the ion exchanger filters provides a considerable safety gain as a direct contact with the regenerating agent and the ion exchanger resin does not take place. The minor operating effort is limited to the exchange of the ion exchanger filter and the provision of 32-34% hydrochloric acid.

The regeneration station is mounted on a mounting board (WxH=400x1000mm) made of powder-coated aluminium.

The regeneration station is equipped with a conductivity measurement for switching off the rinsing process after the regeneration when the conductivity threshold value is reached. Furthermore, a flow monitoring system is integrated. The preparation of the regenerating agent (approx. 5% hydrochloric acid) is carried out by means of the addition of concentrated hydrochloric acid in the fully demineralised water flow.
